Rueckel Report, May 15
Rueckel Held Hostage: Day 59
It was a second straight difficult week for our favorite minor leaguer---a blown save/loss here, a difficult "hold" there. But I guess that's why baseball has a long season; you're lights-out one month, and then you struggle the next. I still think it's pointless to keep Rueckel in Double-A. No, I'm not advocating a big league call-up, of course (well, not vigorously), but I think New Orleans sounds reasonable.
Anyway, here's the week that was, followed by the season's stats so far:
---> May 9: 2.1 IP, 5 H, 2 R, 1 ER, 0 BB, 3 SO (blown save and loss in 4-3, 11 inning Harrisburg defeat; somewhat mitigating note: tying run scored with two outs in ninth on throwing error by third baseman).
---> May 13: 1.1 IP, 3 H, 2 R (earned), 0 BB, 1 SO (credited for a hold in a 6-3 Harrisburg victory).
SEASON TO DATE: 13 G, 17.1 IP, 19 H, 9 R, 6 ER, 3 BB, 20 SO; 0-2, 3.12 ERA, 3/6 SV.

I'm sure it was this blog I was reading a while back where someone was looking for an SEO tool for driving more traffic and get more hits for their website.
Anyway, I was speaking to a techi guy at work who gets to know all the latest stuff and he uses the free Link Referral Program.
His website on business promotion site small web amongst other stuff has seen traffic explode since he started using the Link Referral Program - consequently his affiliate sales commissions and business sales went through the roof PLUS his website increased in google ranking which was an added bonus!!
If anyone else has any good ideas for driving more traffic to blogs/websites then please share with your online business blog buddies. Ta ;-)
